This espresso machine/coffee center is lauded by most users and reviewers alike – and I should hope so with a price tag that usually runs around $600.

If you have a passion for coffee, though, this might be just the machine you need, and would probably even work well in a small coffee house.

Amazon reviewed it and said it is “an excellent machine for the exacting home barista, the Capresso C1500 is engineered for maximum user choice and meticulously consistent results. Built with an 18-bar power pump, the C1500 grinds, tamps, and brews a shot of espresso in 50 seconds. There are few reviews over this machine, though overall, the ratings for it have been positive. People say that this machine makes great tasting espresso, but cleaning the different parts can be a bit of a hassle.

In general, consumers rated this as a great machine – saying the it made great espresso, it made coffee quickly, and was well worth the price. This is one of the better rated machines I have seen.

Amazon reviews this very popular coffeemaker as “strikingly retro in brushed stainless-steel with black-plastic accents, this 12-cup coffeemaker includes Cuisinart’s best brewing technology and premium features for ease and flexibility.”

From the sound of it, this is a good combination of good brewing technology with an affordable price (usu. $50-$150).

Reviews of this machine seem pretty scarce, but a member of Epinions reviewed this espresso machine and seemed to have a lot of detailed and fair comments and said “The great thing about the Nespresso D150 is that it makes an espresso that tastes like it was made the “old-fashioned” way in a fraction of the time. On average, I’ve been making espresso cups in less than a minute, from turning on the machine to turning it off and cleaning it. It’s capsule based, so cleaning is a breeze, just take the capsule out and throw it away.”

Features include: powerful static high pressure pump (19 bar), a stainless steel thermo heating block, and a removable 41oz. water reservoir.
